Legislators to Hold News Conference on Child Endangerment Bill
State Senator Tommy Tomlinson and State Representative Gene
DiGirolamo will hold a news conference at noon on Thursday, September 2, at
the Bensalem Municipal Building, located at 2400 Byberry Road in Bensalem.
The legislators will announce legislation they are
sponsoring in the Senate and House to stiffen penalties for endangering the
welfare of children. The bills they are proposing were drafted to address
recent incidents in which adults left young children unattended in parking lots
outside casinos while they gambled.
