Joint Hearings Set on PA Energy Policy

Senate Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committees

Harrisburg – The Senate Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure Committee, chaired by Sen. Tommy Tomlinson (R-6), and the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, chaired by Sen. Mary Jo White (R-21), have scheduled two public hearings to discuss an energy policy for Pennsylvanians. 

The hearings are scheduled for: 

• Tuesday, June 5, at 10 a.m. in the Capitol Majority Caucus Room

  • Department of Environmental Protection; Public Utility Commission; Office of Consumer Advocate
     

• Tuesday, June 12 at 10 a.m. in Hearing Room 1, Capitol North Office Building

  • Industrial Energy Consumers of PA; Electric Power Generation Association; Energy Association of PA; Retail Energy Supply Association
