Senator Tomlinson To Host Energy Conservation Workshop

Senator Tommy Tomlinson (R-Bucks) will host an energy conservation and low-income assistance workshop to educate constituents about assistance programs that are available to Bucks County residents.

The workshop will be held March 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Harry S. Truman High School in Levittown. The event is free and open to the public.

The workshop will include representatives from state and county agencies and utilities who can educate and assist individuals with their energy concerns. Individuals can also learn valuable energy-saving techniques to save money.

Program representatives will be available at the workshop to enroll eligible applicants in assistance programs. Tomlinson recommends that individuals bring proof of income and Social Security numbers for all members of a household to determine eligibility.

Light refreshments and energy-related door prizes will also be available.
