| HB 949 - (Stevenson) with amendment - House bill 949 amends the Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act to provide for an appraiser trainee license. To be eligible for the license an individual must meet the educational requirements of the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation (75 hours of qualifying classroom instruction). |
| HB 2200 - (George) with amendment - This bill requires the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) to develop a program to provide for the implementation of cost-effective programs that reduce energy demand and consumption in the Commonwealth. |
