Senate Bill 485
- Senate Bill 485 amends the State Real Estate Appraisers Act. The legislation
proposes to enlarge the Board from four to six State certified real estate
appraisers. The number of public members remains the same. The Secretary of the
Commonwealth presently sits on the Board. |

Senate Bill
1019 - Senate Bill 1019 amends the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers,
Dealers and Salespersons Act to address the issue of sales activities by out of
state recreational vehicles (RV). An amendment A 04401 will be offered to replace existing language. |
