Senate Bill 485 (Senator Browne)

Senate Bill 485 amends the State Real Estate Appraisers Act.  The legislation proposes to enlarge the Board from four to six State certified real estate appraisers.  The number of public members remains the same. The Secretary of the Commonwealth presently sits on the Board.

House Bill 1612 (Representative Solobay)

Senate Bill 1612 establishes the Cigarette Fire Safety and Firefighter Protection Act and requires testing and safety standards for cigarettes, and certification of compliance by manufacturers.

House Bill 1662 (Representative Wansacz)

House Bill 1662 amends the Acupuncture Registration Act (Act 2 of 1986) to change the requirement from "registration" to "license".
